**Your Impactful Role**:
- **Student Success Champion**
Convert inquiries and channel them to our **diagnostic sessions**
Schedule appointments with academic coaches
Guide parents through our transformative programs
- **Centre Operations Expert**
Process payments and manage billing
Maintain pristine student records
Ensure all facilities are "classroom-ready"
- **Team Synergy Builder**
Coordinate between teachers, students/parents.
Support program execution.
Implement process improvements
- **Customer Experience Specialist**
Be the welcoming face for walk-in inquiries
Handle Mandarin/English-speaking parents
Follow up to ensure student retention
**We're Looking For**:
✔ **Diploma holders**(any field) with **2+ years**in service/operations roles
✔ **Bilingual**professionals (English + Chinese)
✔ **Tech-comfortable**problem solvers
✔ **Only Singaporeans/PRs**may apply
- Bonus if you have: _
- Experience in education industry.
- Experience in sales/ customer service related roles.

**Employment Type**:Full-time
**Working Hours**:
- Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri: 1:30pm - 9:30pm (dinner break provided)
- Sat: 8:45am - 6:45pm (lunch break provided)
- Thu & Sun: Off
