
Regional Operations Manager, Go-to-market

Minimum qualifications:
- 8 years of experience in consulting, brand reputation, or marketing strategy
- Experience in project management and execution
- Experience in Crisis and Reputation Management
Preferred qualifications:
- Knowledge of digital ads and Google’s business
- Ability to thrive and exercise judgment in a fast-moving and ambiguous environment
- Excellent communicator with great presentation skills, as well as the ability to write well and convey issues clearly
- Strong collaborator with ideas, determination, and a passion for the Internet who can work with people from a broad range of backgrounds and experience
**About the job**: The Business Strategy & Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.
- The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead regional Velocity strategy development with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Brand and Reputation Marketing, Sales, GAPP, Communications, YouTube, Google Cloud, Google Play, Developer Relations), and develop robust execution plans, including Key Opinion Formers engagement strategy and tracking.
- Manage velocity quarterly business reviews, objectives and key results tracking, and impact reviews, as well as our monthly velocity governance forums.
- Formulate One Google cross-functional objectives and key results for the year and own the regional cross-functional leadership agenda and session preparation ensuring we focus on business opportunities that will govern our long term success in the region.
- Ensure Country Manager has relevant cross-functional business updates and insights for internal engagement.
- Lead strategic projects to address regional risks and opportunities that require cross-functional collaboration (e.g., regional Start Up engagement model, Southeast-Asia LCS/Cloud One Google collaboration, crisis response management).
