**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement technology strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.

- Manage the company's technology budget and ensure that resources are allocated effectively.
- Collaborate with the Product and Client Success teams to develop product roadmaps that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
- Hire, train, and mentor a team of highly skilled technology professionals.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software development and technology leadership roles.
- Experience in SaaS or start up companies
- Deep technical expertise in software development, cloud computing, and other related fields.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful technology strategies that drive business growth.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor and develop a team of technology professionals.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Sound understanding of financial services industry regulations and best practices.
