
Sales Administrator

Assist regional offices operations in Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand
- Assist Managing Director in administrative and operations duty as and when required
- Assist the team in Flight, Hotel business trips booking and Manage their Mobile plan matters
- Assist in Banking, Shipping, Freight, Freight Cost matters
- Support Admin and Operations matters for the team not limited to entry into SAP system, Creation of Invoice(s) such as Service and Parts Invoices, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable
- Assist in preparation of regional reporting, activity reportings, data analytics reports of the business for Singapore and regional offices such as Thailand and Malaysia
- Coordinate with the Marketing team, Local Offices, Germany (HQ) in all event(s) coordination duties for the business
- Work closely with Managing Director on drafting and preparing regional communications, stakeholders communication and employee communications to roll out as required
- Any other adhoc duties that are assigned by the reporting and the business
**Other Requirements**:
- To have relevant work experience especially in operations support with knowledge but not limited to Shipping, preparation and issuance of Letter of Credit (LC), and logistics support
- Able to work and strive in a multi cultural firm with diverse culture
- Willing to learn and be proactive in matters assigned
- Able to be independent in duties assigned to ensure prompt support to the business needs
- Able to act in accordance that shows maturity, patience and discipline in his/her daily work
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus
