- Organise, plan and execute efficiently on the daily activities for land, air and sea freight
- Communicate with overseas office/agents/shipping line/customers
- Ensure proper coordination of all shipments
- Monitor and resolve and follow up closely with customers on any disputes cases.
- Maintain a proper and efficient filing system of all documents for easy and systematic retrieval.
- To perform billing and ensure the accuracy of the invoices raised
- Track and trace shipments, research and resolve issues regarding shipping discrepancies, communicate timely and correspondence back to both customers and vendors
- Manage all administration matters relating to the freight operation set up
- Review freight rates and other transportation costs to keep working costs low
- Maintains quality throughout the logistic processes
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or relevant education qualifications
- Possess knowledge of procedures and relevant systems to carry out daily jobs with ease
- Possess good communication skills to ensure that customers and internal stakeholders understands the requests/requirements
- Prefer good knowledge of Freight Forwarding (Import/Export/Cross-Trade/Ocean/Air/Trucking ) and regulatory requirements
- Prefer experience in processing chamber certificate of origin for international trade
- Prefer with experience handling Dangerous Goods/Hazardous substance i.e. SDS (Safety Data Sheet), HS code, Tradenet, Strategic Goods Control, etc.
- Proficient in handling shipping documents and familiar with incoterms
- Positive, attentive and detail-orientated
- Able to work under stress and pressure
- Good teamwork and problem-solving skills
