**What the role is**
- You lead the governance of training and instructional standards to drive training excellence in the Training Command.

**What you will be working on**
- On this, you are responsible to conduct audits and proficiency checks to ensure compliance and maintain instructional standards of the Training Command. You maintain Training Command’s doctrine structure and will periodically work with the respective Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to review and update their training policies (e.g. Standing Orders, Management Manuals, etc). In addition, you manage all Organisational Excellence (OE) efforts for the Training Command, including the Training Institute Excellence model.

**What we are looking for**
- You must have a tertiary qualification in Learning Science, Training Development or any related field, with at least 4 years' relevant experience in areas of quality assurance, conduct of audits or managing organisational excellence initiatives. You should be familiar with instructional skills and competencies, and have relevant experience in conducting training or facilitating learning. You must possess good leadership qualities and management skills, strong conceptual skills, along with strong writing and communication skills. Appointment will commensurate with your experience.
