- Take ownership of various business features at Shopee
- Give constructive feedback on product requirements, deliver tasks on time, provide positive user experiences
- Contribute to the technical excellence of the team

- Participate in various internal technical projects and give technical sharing sessions

**Requirements**:

- Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals including algorithm, data structure, and network, as well as web frontend basics like JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Browsers. You should also comprehend dev efficiency
- Familiar with cloud based infrastructure, even better if familiar with Shopee’s specific implementations
- Experience in React, TypeScript or expertise in certain frontend areas
- Experience in software engineering, preferably field experience on workflow, productivity improvements, or developer tools
- Previous experience in low code, faas, and components areas is a plus
- A good understanding of user value and strong communication skills or leadership capability are also highly valued
