# Senior Frontend Software EngineerSingaporeWork Type:Full TimeWe are seeking an experienced Senior Frontend Engineer to join our agile developmentteam. In this role, you will be responsible for architecting and implementingsophisticated user interfaces using modern frontend technologies, whilst mentoringjunior developers and contributing to technical decisions that shape our products.**Key Responsibilities:**• Lead the development of complex frontend applications using React.js andNext.js, ensuring high performance, reusability, and scalability• Architect and implement responsive, accessible, and performant user interfacesthat deliver exceptional user experiences• Collaborate with UX designers and backend engineers to translate businessrequirements into technical solutions• Champion best practices in frontend development, including code quality,testing, and documentation• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high codequality standards• Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to technical planning andarchitecture discussions• Troubleshoot and debug production issues whilst maintaining system stability**Required Skills and Experience:**• 8+ years of professional software development experience• Strong expertise in React.js and Next.js, including state management solutionsand modern React patterns• Profound understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3• Experience with frontend build tools, package managers, and version controlsystems• Strong knowledge of frontend testing frameworks and methodologies• Experience working in agile environments with continuousintegration/continuous deployment (CI/CD)• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail• Strong communication skills and experience working in cross-functional teams**Good to Have:**• Experience with AWS services and cloud infrastructure• Knowledge of container orchestration platforms, particularly Kubernetes orAmazon EKS• Experience with micro-frontend architecture• Understanding of server-side rendering and static site generation• Experience working on Singapore Government IT projects• Hands-on experience with SingPass and CorpPass integration• Familiarity with Singapore Government Technology Stack (SGTS)• Experience implementing government security policies and guidelines• Knowledge of government digital service standards and best practices• Experience with performance monitoring and optimization tools• Experience with GraphQL• Contributions to open-source projects**What We Offer:**• Opportunity to work on challenging projects using cutting-edge technologies• Collaborative and innovative work environment• Professional development and learning opportunities• Competitive salary and benefits package• Flexible working arrangements• Regular team building activitiesIf you are passionate about frontend development and want to make a significantimpact in a dynamic team, we would love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
