- Manage external corporate secretarial firms on corporate secretarial matters, including reviewing routine resolutions, tracking of important regulatory filing deadlines, organizing board and shareholder meetings, liaising with internal stakeholders and senior management.
- Assist in the preparation of standard checklists, templates, policies and maintaining contract database.
- Assist in contract administration, maintenance of the Company’s corporate databases such as litigation tracker and assist in arranging circulation of documents for signature.
- Provide general administrative support for the SEA Legal team, including vendor invoice settlement process for the legal team.
- Assist the SEA Legal Team in the management of disputes and litigation claims
- Assist in reviewing simple contracts such as NDAs.
- Any other ad hoc legal and administrative requests as assigned.

**Professional requirements and attributes**
- Diploma in Law or legal studies or relevant experience in a law firm.
- Proficient computer/IT skills including the use of PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Independent, ability to multi-task, work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be a team player and have good interpersonal skills and enjoy working with different stakeholders as well as country and /or regional teams and other functions.
- Flexibility to work on a broad range of legal matters across SEA.
- Fluency in at least one Southeast Asian language would definitely be an advantage.
- Real estate transactions and in-house experience or having a strong interest in real estate services industry preferred.
