Our Client, in the **Trading Industry **located in the **Central **has opening for **Accounting Head.
- 5-10 Mins Walk From Raffles Place MRT
- 5 Days Work Office Hours Variable Bonus

**Responsibilities**:

- Experience in managing audit process of operating companies and investment hold companies
- Experience in managing accounting teams
- Experience in in going thru documentation of bank loans and facilities.
- Review and analyse the result in comparison budgets, forecasting and prior year.
- Keep track the company’s net worth balanced and ensures the budget has a positive profit figure each month despite the budgets made.
- Manage day to day accounting processes and financial records with Finance Team.
- Manage AR and AP activities and monitor cash flow
- Attended to bankers’ queries on KYC, green policy and annual reviews.
- Ensured compliance to legal, tax regulations and accounting standards
- Ensured good documentations and sound processes are in place for annual audit and internal control;
- Submissions of reports to management and shareholder company;
- Established liaison with the auditors, tax agents, bankers, solicitors, insurance, corporate secretariat and all governmental bodies on matters pertaining to the finance, accounts and taxation.
- Maintained GTP programme and liaised with Enterprise Singapore to ensure proper compliance with terms & conditions and renewal of GTP status;
- Reviewed and analysed balance sheets of buyers and ensured creditworthiness of buyers;
- Actively monitored credit and counterparty risks that arose from forward sales and purchases;
- Reviewed credit limits periodically from payment records of counterparties;
- Manage the businesses activities in compliance with legal, regulations and statutory requirements.
- Identify and manages financial, operational, and regulatory risks with communicates risks and resolutions to Directors. Keep track of contract, agreement, and insurance matter.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Audit and/or Accounting or its equivalent
- Good understanding in Singapore Financial Reporting Standard (FRS)
- Prior working experience as auditor in mid-tier audit firm would be an advantage
- Competent in group consolidation, GAAP and financial reporting.
- Able to handle stress and work independently with minimum supervision within tight timelines
- Proficient in Microsoft, Quickbooks, SAP program
- Results-driven and solutions-focused
- Excellence interpersonal and communication skills Committed, meticulous and a team player
