Product Strategy Associate

**Responsibilities**:
Collaborating with product and cross-functional leaders to determine and prioritize product strategies

Providing department leaders with recommendations and consultation to improve teamwork

Determining key performance indicators and how to measure team performance

Providing tactical support to implement ideas

Working with leadership to deliver, monitor and communicate progress towards goals

Providing support and oversight for special projects and initiatives

Planning, coordinating and leading meetings and travel

Overseeing strategic initiatives from ideation to implementation

**Requirements**:
3-6 years of relevant full-time work experience in a quantitative role across analytics, data science, product or consulting.

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, or related discipline

Strong presenter and a great listener with an exceptional communication and visual product storytelling skillset

Detail-oriented, organized, excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Strong communicator who is able to communicate actionable data-driven insights to all audiences

With strong product and business intuition who can contextualize how insights fit into broader business goals and have a strong understanding of product and business metrics

Comfortable with an iterative process to improve strategy, data visualizations and priorities

Comfortable with a variety of levels of management and multi-disciplinary teams
