**About the role**

Location - Singapore
About the Role:
Participation to the manufacturing processes by operating chromatography, viral reduction filtration, ultra-filtration skid, Cryovessel filling and Aseptic filling.
Key Responsibilities:

- Execution of all assigned activities according to production schedule and in compliance with the valid GMP, work, operating, environmental and safety instructions and guidelines
- Monitoring purification process operations using distributed control systems (DCS) and real-time data management software, such as PI Process Book, PI Batch view (such as chromatography, viral reduction filtration, ultra-filtration, cryovessel filling, packing/unpacking, and aseptic final fill)
- Batch record review on time and without error (production part)
- Sampling, aliquoting, distribution and performing of in-process controls Proficient in analytical testing such as pH, conductivity
- Proper and timely cleaning, preparation and sterilization of the production equipment and production rooms
- Responsible for production area housekeeping (cleaning, tidiness, 5S...)
- Comply with and enforce health, safety and environment rules and guidelines (HSE)
- Ensure / monitor the proper functioning of the equipment in order to detect early signs of anomalies. Take appropriate action in the event of a malfunction.

**Role Requirements**

Essential Requirements:

- Excellent documentation of the activities according to GMP regulations
- Daily checks of manufacturing equipment, support devices and rooms
- Support product change overs
- Asset care and immediate troubleshooting (first 10 mins)
- First level support in case of any equipment issue, higher specialization than equipment operator
- Responsibility for minor maintenance operations and repairs on production facilities
- Responsible implementation of individual process stages (preparation, implementation, completion)
- Willingness to continuously improve and analyze weak points
- Participation in all training relevant to the position, maintenance of the relevant training evidence
- Advancing and maintaining an HSE-compliant environment: reporting near misses

Desirable Requirements:

- Technical degree; University degree (Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Technology, Biotechnology, biochemistry) desirable for some technology platforms; or equivalent experience
