Join its biologics manufacturing team in Singapore. This is a 12-month contract role offering the opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge biologics production in a dynamic and regulated environment. Role Overview As a Biotechnologist, you will be responsible for executing and supporting cGMP manufacturing operations within a state-of-the-art biologics facility. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality, efficiency, and compliance of production processes, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet operational goals. Key Responsibilities Execute upstream and downstream manufacturing processes, including: Cell culture (from vial thaw to production scale)Buffer and media preparation Column chromatography Tangential flow filtration Sampling of in-process and raw materials Operate and monitor automated control systems and equipment (e.g., LIMS, SAP)Perform equipment setup, calibration, and routine maintenance Conduct quality testing and rework activities Review batch records and worksheets for accuracy and completeness Support investigations and resolve processing anomalies Participate in internal and external audits and inspections Manage documentation and demand work orders Lead shift activities when required and assign tasks within the team Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a related discipline 2–4 years of hands-on experience in biologics manufacturing, with expertise in either upstream or downstream processes Solid understanding of cGMP regulations and manufacturing documentation Proficiency in automated systems and data collection tools Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Preferred Skills Experience in troubleshooting and process optimization Familiarity with regulatory compliance and audit readiness We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates. #J-18808-Ljbffr
