Our laboratory is growing rapidly and we are currently seeking a full-time, office-based Project Assistant to join our team. This position will work with a team to accomplish tasks and projects that are instrumental to the company’s success. Responsibilities:

- Provide day to day departmental support to Project Management such as maintaining clinical reports, contacting sites for query resolution, missing samples and forms;
- Perform data entry and updates;
- Complete requests and follow up with requestor as needed;
- Conduct quality checks of departmental documents; and
- Other general administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

- Minimum Diploma and 3 years of experience of relevant field;
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook; and
- Prior experience in a central laboratory will be advantageous
