Patient Information Associate

**Job description
Full time (5 days per week).
**This is a PERMANENT position.**
**Job Scope
1. Comb through patient database for patients not on recall.
2. Collate patient data in spreadsheet (Google Sheets) for tracking and data monitoring purposes. This spreadsheet is to be kept as current as possible.
4. Present fortnightly progress report to clinic manager and dentists whose schedules you are looking after.
5. Work with front office and scheduling coordinator to book patients who are contacted into the optimal appointment slots.
**Requirements
This job is for you, if you are:
1. Self-motivated
2. Very organized
3. Able to work independently
4. Able to collaborate with a small team
5. Good communication skills (phone and written). Must be fluent in English (spoken and written) in order to communicate with patients of all races. Advantageous if fluent in spoken Mandarin to speak with Chinese-speaking patients.
6. Able to communicate efficiently with both local and expat patients.
7. Able to work independently and punctually on deadlines and deliverables
8. A fast learner and able to navigate a cloud-based scheduling system.
9. Efficient at completing tasks and extracting information from phone/WhatsApp conversations.
