Helen O'Grady Drama Academy is the world's largest after-school children's drama academy with a presence in over 40 countries. This position reports to the Commercial Director and also works closely with the General Manager and Finance Manager to ensure admin tasks are handled properly. The company expects the trainee to work independently, collaborate effectively and enjoys working in a dynamic high energy environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle queries from parents / franchisees about speech and drama programs
- Perform service recovery to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Oversee CRM database for trials and enrolments and update and manage accordingly
- Invoice parents for sign ups and renewals and reconcile paynow payments
- Ensure logistics are properly arranged to ensure classes and productions can run smoothly

**Competencies**:

- Build good customer service skills to handle queries and service recovery
- Gain experience with CRM and finance systems
- Streamline admin proceses as required to become more efficient

**Duration of traineeship**:

- 6 months

**Requirements**:

- Strong command of English
- Passion for children
- 5.5 day work week
- Attention to detail is required
- Previous customer service experience is a bonus

**Training allowance**:

- Mature mid-career individuals - Up to $3500
