Within Game Operations, we are committed to bringing the best digital entertainment platform to our users. As an Influencer Management person, you will play an important role in driving our efforts to increase organic engagement through social media. In addition, you will help to build a strong and closely-bonded gaming community for our game. Your work will have an impact on strong brand loyalty for our games, increased revenue for our products, and a more vibrant local eSports scene.

**Job Description**:

- Serve as the point of contact for our game
- Develop and collaborate with different stakeholders (marketing, community, esports) to build up comprehensive marketing strategies for influencers.
- Executing marketing strategies to expand the content creator network in the Philippines on all platforms.
- Identify, build, and maintain relationships with key influencers and power users, and track the impact of that interaction.
- Manage content schedule and provide content suggestions to the streamers with other members of the publishing team, and the development team, to define influencer plans.
- Establish metrics for growing, engaging influencers' audience, and regularly monitor & analyze the results to make adjustments plans accordingly.
- Keep our signed streamers informed about the latest news on upcoming feature/product launches, major content updates, and event schedules.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university.
- 2 - 5 years of working experience in KOLs management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Tagalog is a plus.
- Passionate about games in general with entry-level gaming industry knowledge.
- Good team player with a can-do attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask under high pressure and tight timelines.
- Strong communication and networking skills
- Able to empathize with different stakeholders.
- Proven work in managing KOLs and a gaming industry network is a plus.
