Zygo Corporation is looking for an experienced and result-orientated Country Manager - SEA to drive our growth across multiple markets. The position is ideally located at Ametek Office in Singapore. This individual is responsible for strategic sales and service growth in SEA Region and the position reports to the Director of Sales - Asia Pacific. As a key member of the company’s sales leadership team, the Country Manager - SEA regularly participates with business and manufacturing leadership to create and execute strategy, develop growth plans and budgets, provide sales and production forecasts for operational and financial planning. Some specific tasks are as follows:

- Develop a strategic plan to deliver strong growth across all regions and products that delivers consistent profitable growth
- Manage both direct and indirect sales channels to develop and execute localized tactical plans to deliver growth in excess of national GDP growth.
- Work closely with the Metrology, PPS and Optical Systems Divisions to develop sales strategies that deliver growth for all product lines
- Drive the Channel partners to ensure direct and indirect sales opportunities are included in the pipeline using CRM tools.
- Manage pricing and discounting to balance growth and achieve profitable growth.
- Champion Key Account relationships within key markets including Electronics, Optics, Aero, Defense and Automotive markets.
- Manage and coordinate work with Application/ Service teams to ensure that not only World Class Customer Service level delivered coupled with strong revenue growth
- Work with USA based Marcom team to develop a regional communications strategy to grow leads >10% / annum through multiple channels including websites, SEO, Social Media, print media, tradeshows, seminars, webinars, etc.
- Report and provide formal feedback to Zygo management on performance within the region.

**Experience**

Experience (8-12 yrs) in sales/marketing senior role

Working with International Corporates an advantage.

Experience in developing and implementing a promotion/marketing plan

Knowledge and experience within the Electronics, Semiconductor, Optics, Aero, Defense and automotive industry

**Technical Experience**

Background within a technical specialty preferred Engineering Qualification (bachelor’s degree)

Metrology experience an advantage

**Communication Skills**

Strong ability to communicate to sales, engineering, operations and management teams on all levels (internal and external)

Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills

**Self-Motivated & Confident**

Lead by example by demonstrating flexibility, tenacity and drive in delivering objectives and ability to motivate others to do the same

Knowledge and experience implementing best sales practices and tools

**Travel**

Be comfortable with travelling - 30 - 50%

**Team Player**

Provide leadership, guidance and coaching to direct team to ensure they and the company succeed

Be able to recognize talent and develop individuals to achieve stretch goals
