**Job type: Full time**:

- Maintain a positive and professional approach with co-workers and customers
- Check spoilage / quality
- Ensure that working areas are always kept clean and tidy
- Promote good team spirit
- Responsible for cleanliness and sanitation of his section. Cleans oven, stores, fridge’s, kitchen equipment
- Prepare ingredients according to the latest SOP provided
- Learn all kitchen techniques (knife handling, cleaning, peeling and cutting etc.)
- Collect storeroom items according to the requisitions
- Learn about cleanliness and sanitation
- Maintaining grooming standard as per Company guidelines
- Carry out any other culinary duties as per reporting manager and above.

**Job Requirements**:

- Prior experience would be an advantage
- Able to deliver consistent produce
- Good personal hygiene
- Good knowledge of kitchen equipment and utensils, their safe use and maintenance would be an advantage
- Work with precision
- Openness to explore all techniques and ingredients
