**About the role**

Join our global Client Cash Management Team and help us with supporting our clients and their money. You will be responsible for ensuring that all deposit and withdrawal transactions for client's cash accounts within their areas of responsibility are processed within 24 hours to the correct client account for the correct amount. Additionally, each Client Cash Management Associate is responsible for working collaboratively with Client Experience, New Accounts and Compliance Teams. **What will be your scope of duties?**
- Supporting of the global strategic goals of the organization and the Client Cash Management Team.
- Accurately processing all client cash transactions within a 24-hour period while adhering to compliance and company policies and that any exceptions are addressed on a daily basis.
- Responding to all clients' cases related to funding issues, resolving clients' problems with transactions.
- Working with FMS and Salesforce, making changes to key systems.
- Cooperating with Managers, the team and internal stakeholders to implement workflows and processes that will increase productivity and effectiveness throughout the Client Cash Management Team and the company as a whole.
- Acting as trainer to other Client Cash Management associates and ensuring that new employees are properly trained and developed.
- Taking part in additional projects.

**What are we looking for?**
- Min. 1 year of previous experience in Finance, Administration, Client Experience or Transaction Processing related environment.
- Fluent English.
- Ability to work evening shifts.
- Very good interpersonal and communication skills; ability to act as a good listener.
- Willingness to make methods and process productive and efficient; ability to monitor business news, industry changes, market situations - and applies existing knowledge to make the right decisions.
- Good analytical skills.
- Ability to work both independently (to prioritize tasks) and with the team (to stay aligned with the all members' work to meet business objectives).
