[What you will be working on]

As part of our team, you'll be involved in the following key areas:

- Collaborate with business units across IRAS to re-imagine and improve service delivery, operational and compliance processes
- Elicit, scope, and manage business requirements through iterative information gathering, working closely with stakeholders to translate user needs into impactful user stories
- Work hand-in-hand with agile development teams, contributing to user story grooming, sprint planning, and other agile activities to ensure the successful delivery of digital solutions
- Evaluate and harness the potential of cutting-edge technologies to enhance operational efficiency and compliance work
- Implement comprehensive test cases to simulate user requirements and ensure seamless functionality. Perform functional testing, data migration verification, and support user acceptance testing activities

[What we are looking for]
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Prior experience working on Agile IT projects is advantageous
- Knowledge and experience in software testing are advantageous
- Strong communication and networking skills to engage with stakeholders effectively
- Comfortable working in an agile manner, with knowledge of UX Design as an advantage
- Resourcefulness and ability to work independently
- Excellent stakeholder management skills to secure buy-in from relevant parties
- Ability to work in cross-functional, cross-agency, and external stakeholder teams to co-develop innovative solutions
- Strong analytical skills, coupled with a curious mindset to question and probe
