- Consult stakeholders and work closely with vendors to design user-centric experiences based on business goals to improve overall service delivery;
- Able to clearly communicate and explain design decisions and trade-offs to stakeholders;
- Collaborative and willing to work with teammates and stakeholders to solve problems;
- Develop storyboards, user flows, mock-ups and prototypes to validate ideas;
- Drive user research activities to understand user needs and behaviours;
- Participate in the whole UX design process from research to implementation;
- Establish guidelines to ensure consistency in UX design across the different products, including reviewing compliance to defined standards; and
- Work closely with product owners to ensure all design work meets user needs and business requirement.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of UX design experience;
- Good understanding of UX design and development, with a portfolio that demonstrates experience and proficiency in the creation of user-centric solutions;
- Able to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team;
- Experience in Agile & UX development environments and frontend development such as HTML5/CSS, JavaScript and Responsive web design;
- At least 3 years’ experience in software development;
- Familiar with CMS Management and UI prototyping tools i.e. Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, etc
- Good organisational, problem-solving and communication skills with an eye for detail and a great listener.

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
