Lead and manage a Software Team (locally and overseas) in performing the entire software development life cycle (develop software, infrastructure and architecture) that meets the needs of users.
- To align the technology landscape and set up macro server to manage local and overseas clients
- Establish, implement and continuously review the mechanisms to monitor, manage and provide progress on all software development activities and team member’s performance
- Addressing the various needs, concerns, expectations of stakeholder groups in planning and executing projects, meeting project requirements and creating project deliverables
- Balancing competing project constraints including but not limited to scope, quality, schedule, budget, resources and risks in order to accommodate the needs of each user/customer
- Building a strong technical culture around our business systems that emphasizes technical excellence, rapid iteration, strong security, and frictionless user experiences
- Manages multiple projects and ccountable for the on time and to quality delivery of software development projects
- Build the process related to quality, data protection, and security standards; ensure the software development process follow operation standard as a foundation of robust product scalability
- Manage the collaboration with external consultants or vendors

**Requirements
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other relevant field of study
- At least 8 years relevant working experience.
- Extensive experience in software design and development, a working knowledge of various platforms and languages such as Dot.Net, Java and MSSQL
- Experience leading software projects and teams
- Strong technical and analytical skills, with expert knowledge of computer software languages, platforms, and current methodologies
- Familiar with Jira and AWS cloud base systems
- Strong budgeting, leadership, and managerial abilities, to lead and manage the stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for collaborating with various levels of management, determining software requirements, and delivering effective solutions
- Technology focused, self-motivated and proactive in problem solving.
- Team player and can work with minimum supervision.
