Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Software Programmer to design, develop, test, and maintain software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coding, problem-solving, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment to deliver high-quality software applications.

Key Responsibilities

Software Development

Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code based on specifications.

Design, implement, and test software applications, modules, and components.

Debug and resolve technical issues and software defects.

Collaboration

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, analysts, and testers, to gather and analyze requirements.

Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to standards.

Provide technical input during project planning and estimation phases.

Maintenance & Support

Update and maintain existing software to improve functionality and performance.

Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues in real-time.

Provide technical support and guidance to end-users when required.

Research & Innovation

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

Recommend improvements to processes and technologies to enhance software development efficiency.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, C#, JavaScript, or others as relevant to the role.

Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and methodologies like Agile or Waterfall.

Experience with frameworks (e.g., .NET, Django, React, Angular) and tools.

Familiarity with databases (e.g., SQL, MySQL, MongoDB).

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree or advanced certifications in relevant technologies.

Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

Proficiency in version control tools like Git.
