M&A Specialist
Work Dynamics

**Key Responsibilities**:
Arrange and attend site visits for due diligence data gathering, collaborating closely with all stakeholders
Work with stakeholders to create operational solutions and OPEX budgets for M&A projects, ensuring clear documentation and obtaining necessary sign-offs for non-standard services.
Manage the assignment of fixed, remote, and mobile workers in coordination with M&A Communications, ensuring agreement and delivery per deal.
Ensure M&A Communications and Communication plans are approved by the Integration team and working with Change Management as necessary.
Complete Contract Variations for all changes resulting from M&A work, taking personal responsibility for this process.
Obtain budget sign-off for new M&A sites
Generate Purchase Orders (POs) for all M&A projects, following the correct department code and process.
Manage CBRE cross-charges resulting from M&A activities and ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
Collaborate with planners to ensure the accuracy and completeness of JLL systems such as IWMS, utilizing M&A workaround processes, obtaining approvals for exceptions, and arranging for the creation of floorplans when needed.
Provide timely updates to the BI team and other data teams regarding M&A changes, ensuring data integrity and alignment with overall M&A strategies.
Manage the early onboarding of JLL staff in compliance with country laws, policies, and M&A processes, including navigating the JLL client c-worker process when applicable.
Create comprehensive records of M&A deals for future reference and audit purposes.
Analyze Voice of the Customer data (previously CSAT) for M&A sites, providing regular reporting and updates to relevant stakeholders.
Ensure M&A processes are updated in line with M&A Playbooks and processes, aiming for alignment globally wherever possible and seeking annual approval.
Develop, update, and maintain the Intranet site, providing coverage for other regions as needed.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
Proven experience in project management, particularly within the context of M&A activities.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Knowledge of real estate and corporate facilities management principles.
Familiarity with JLL processes and systems is desirable.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
