We are looking for a mature, independent and entrepreneurial VP Global Service Projects (M/F/d) to support our LDA ASEAN team in business strategy and the execution of complex Customer Service projects.
- Initiate and lead global and regional strategic projects and initiatives (growth initiatives and bold ambitions) in close alignment with Leadership team
- Drive and ensure consistency, quality and insight across relevant programs, facilitate and support business reviews through business insights
- Have strong and solid project management experience and communication skills to navigate multiple stakeholders
- Monitor and align with regional stakeholders on market trends, effects and if necessary, portfolio changes
- Promote an open-minded and positive leadership style and empower accountability

- 10 - 15 years of experience in leading strategy, sales, product, or operations
- Experience in a people management position, project management and working effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to generate trust, build alliances, inspire confidence, and orchestrate interdisciplinary teams
- Ability to combine data-driven insights with qualitative context to determine the appropriate strategy or business opportunity
- Ability to compellingly present at executive level and explain complex ideas in a simple, digestible manner with excellent attention to detail
- A hands-on, bold, decisive, and courageous attitude: You think about the big picture, do not hesitate to test new things
- Ability to thrive and adapt quickly in a fast-changing environment to drive required change and innovation
- Ability to speak and write English fluently, Mandarin speaking ability is a plus
