**Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualise and execute 360 Marketing strategy to drive clientele growth and own those metrics.
- Manage all digital and social media platforms to drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Develop relevant content for marketing campaigns and promotional material e.g. newsletters, articles, videos.
- Ability to conduct insightful market research to establish a marketing strategy that will effectively reach the target audience.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in marketing or related field
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience
- Proficient in English (written and spoken) for effective copywriting
- Photoshop / video editing expertise

Desired Profile
- Well versed with multiple social media platforms and website management
- Strong presentation and analytical skills
- Results driven, creative, and energetic
- Knowledge in Google analytics, SEO and SEM (preferred)
- Knowledge in the built-environment / building materials / interior design / architecture sector (preferred)
