LA D'ORO Italian Japenese fusion located at 333A Orchard Road, Madarin Gallery, scheduled to open shortly, is currently seeking suitable experienced applicants for the following positions.

**SERVICING - F&B**

5. Assistant Manager

6. Supervisor

7. Captain

8. Server

9. Cashier cum Hostess

10. General Worker
- + Excellent inter-personal skills, highly motivated individual;
+ Excellent team player;
+ Excellent bi-lingual communication skills, both written and spoken, English and Mandarin. Japanese is an advantage but not essential.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- To assist the Restaurant Manager in providing the highest level of service in the restaurant to meet and exceed guest’s expectation
- To assist the Restaurant Manager in achieving the monthly targets in terms of revenue, costs & profit
- To ensure that guest’s satisfaction is monitored and rectified throughout their meal experience
- To respond proactively to guest’s queries and to ensure appropriate actions/communications are taken
- To wish “farewell” to guests and to encourage repeat guests
- To support/communicate with the Restaurant Manager on guest’s complaints, handle politely, promptly and professionally, if needed to
- To ensure furniture, lighting and other outlet features are in full and clean working condition
- To ensure a high standard of cleanliness, maintenance and adequate provisions of operation equipment
- To conduct daily briefings to team members
- To ensures that the restaurant is staffed according to operational needs
- To ensure grooming standard of staff are being met and maintained
- To support the Restaurant Manager in hiring of new staff for the restaurant
- To cover the Restaurant Manager during his/her absence
