Job Description & Requirements
- Project planning and execution including resource management, control and coordination with clients, and vendors.
- Install, test, and commission air conditioning systems in compliance with design specifications and guidelines.
- Conduct regular inspections, maintenance, and necessary repairs to ensure systems operate efficiently and safely.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions, replacing or repairing defective components as needed.
- Evaluate existing systems for potential upgrades or retrofitting to improve performance, energy efficiency, and compliance with current regulations.
- Ensure all work is conducted in adherence to industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Prioritize safety protocols and ensure that work is conducted in a manner that minimizes environmental impact.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to other team members as required.
- Conduct training sessions for staff on proper use and maintenance of air conditioning systems.
- Assist in the procurement of necessary equipment, parts, and materials for projects.
- Site checking and verification
- Maintain an organized inventory of spare parts and supplies.

Qualification & Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Preferably 3 years of relevant experience in construction industry
- Relevant certification or licensure in HVAC systems/VRV/Cold room or air conditioning engineering.
- Strong knowledge of design and implementation of HVAC systems, refrigeration, and air conditioning principles.
- Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities

Pay: $1,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
