Connect Pastor is responsible in integrating all church members and ensuring they are appropriately ministered to. Pastoral Care responsibilities include, but are not limited to, hospital visits, home visits and phone calls.

They will have a significant background in pastoral care, preferably in multiple environments and roles, and be confident, considerate and level-headed when connecting with people in difficult life circumstances. They will have advanced knowledge of the bible and experience in handling confidential situations as well as strong mentoring skills.

The Connects holds the responsibility for creating and developing new and innovative ways to grow their department, disciple their leaders and volunteers, balance the department budget and be good a role model. This position will require time management skills coupled with excellent communication skills and the discipline to hear from God.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Following up new people
- Visiting the sick and needy
- Orchestrating people-care items such as flowers and meals, and recruiting volunteers for the team.
- You will also oversee the pastoral care of members through Connect Groups, with a team of Connect Group leaders and Regional Pastors, and ensure all people who are connected to Kingdomcity are cared for and accounted for.
- This role involves teaching leadership principles and imparting Godly insight to church leaders.
