**Summary**
- Driving transformation that is patient-centric and data-driven
- Developing and scaling of healthcare initiatives that bring value
- Supporting the HOD and Management to drive value creation and optimisation (Aligning them with strategic goals and building sustainable healthcare)

**The Challenges**:
Specific:

- Managing and facilitating projects with internal and external stakeholders (Other hospitals or Statutory Boards)
- Developing, translating and implementing concepts (Supporting strategic direction)
- Working closely with various departments to support a smooth and successful capitation funding model
- Developing an updated cost catalogue and costing methodology (Value-based costing)
- Devising and implementing initiatives that promote cost awareness in the organisation
- Developing and implementing a framework and governance around incentive payments
- Engaging with external partners and international bodies to establish benchmarks and best practices
- Be updated on new developments (internationally) related to Value Driven Care; (methodology and implementation) and incorporate it into the organisation
- Providing consultancy services to internal teams on the value journey of care transformation.

General
- Planning and preparing updates for senior management at various committees and workgroups
- Devising and supporting the analysis and interpretation of data
- Providing secretariat support and/or participate as an active member in the committees and workgroups supported by the unit.
- Inculcate mindset change for at department or organisation level
- Providing active support for staff development and empowering staff in improvement work
- Initiating and assisting in continuous improvement projects and collaboration initiatives
- Any other related duties as assigned

**What it Takes**:

- Bachelor degree of good standing
- Interpersonal skills, proficient in English (Written and Spoken), good presentation skills
- Analytical, able to perform pragmatic problem-solving
- Ability to exercise lateral thinking and have an innovation mindset
- Min. of 5 years of relevant working experience
