Veritas’ Worldwide Sales and Marketing team propels company growth by driving all aspects of sales and marketing, including direct and channel sales, global sales enablement and all marketing functions.
What you will do:
- Work closely with the Global Managed Service Provider Leader in developing and directing the overall MSP Strategy including the supporting elements in the global Veritas Managed Service Provider Program (VMSPP).
- Lead and coach the matrixed MSP Channel sales team in driving successful MSP strategies and go-to-market models that expand the Veritas footprint by formalizing partnerships in each Region.
- Support the APJ Channel & Alliance Vice President in successfully executing the Veritas Global MSP Partner strategy by leading a comprehensive recruit, activate, enable, manage, and growth go-to-market plan with both new and existing MSP Partners.
- Ensure Global MSP strategy aligns with Veritas' overall channel and alliances sales strategy to drive annual recurring revenue (ARR) growth.
- Instill a high-performance culture in the team with a focus on teamwork, partner success and ownership to resolving partner issues.
- Actively lead and drive the recruitment of new, strategic MSPs in each Region and develop our overall Service Provider ecosystem, develop executive relationships within the MSPs in conjunction with Regional Sales and Partner leadership.
- Lead the MSP team with a consistent joint value proposition and blueprint for MSP partnerships, including alignment with Sales Operations.
- Deliver MSP business plans with timelines, success metrics and planned JGTM activities to achieve goals, including coordination of internal and external communication.
- Work closely with the legal, finance (incl. Deal Desk), training, services, and enablement teams to ensure new partners are on-boarded seamlessly with well-defined agreements, growth orientated pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with Sales Operations to ensure setup and tracking MSP usage, growth, reporting and proper compliance across all MSPs.
- Meet or exceed revenue targets as directed by Global and Regional leadership.
- Manage objectives globally and communicate quarterly results to the Global leadership team.
- Capture and communicate market intelligence, best practices, and partner feedback across regions to improve products and processes.
