**ESG Team Staff, Project Staff position**

As an Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) full time project staff for IBKR's ESG team, you will have responsibility for a range of project initiatives and tasks to help build the sustainability program.

You will be based in our Singapore office and will work primarily with our ESG function, reporting to our Head of ESG and Sustainability; however, you will collaborate and work with other corporate functions i.e., HR, Marketing, Facilities Management, Risk Management, Marketing, Compliance etc. to organize and move forward our ESG and sustainability initiatives. The scope of your role will also support the marketing and technology side of ESG apps in product research and product enhancements as needed.

Specific responsibilities will include but are not limited to, the following.

**Operational ESG/Sustainability support**
- Outreach, Data collection, review and organization of IBKR's:

- Environmental footprint including GHG, water, waste, etc
- Data collection and development of data collection tools and analysis
- Implementation of GHG software solution and any other solutions for environmental management
- Prepare training materials
- Implementation
- Work with developer to project manage workstreams
- Social initiatives and tasks
- Outreach to diversity groups, colleges, and universities
- Support with the implementation of:

- Wellbeing and people programs
- Other internal programs to increase employee engagement
- Data collection and organization of supply chain governance, sustainability information
- Review, research, and the proposed or current ESG legislation globally

**Governance - ESG Standards, frameworks and reporting**:

- Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP), Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB), Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) initial organization and data collection
- The Sustainable Financial Disclosure Regulation (SFDR) related disclosures, commission disclosure roles on sustainable investments
- Review of UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), UN Global Principles, UN Principle for Responsible Investing (UN PRI) and other ESG/Sustainability Frameworks for mapping requirements

**Other areas: ESG product and marketing support**

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Master or advanced degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Environmental Management or similar
- Experience with MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams
- Experience with GHG inventory in U.S.
- Experience doing Materiality Assessments
- Experience with ESG research, data analysis
- Strong written and verbal skills English
- S. based experience

**Other preferred qualifications**:

- Multi-lingual communications
- Experience working in the U.S. in sustainability/ESG topics
- Experience working in Asia
- Experience with software programming
- Experience with consulting projects
- Experience working with technology companies
