**About the Job**:
SUSS Academy at the Singapore University of Social Sciences is dedicated to promoting profession-centric and career-ready education and training for Singapore's workforce. Our mission is to offer inclusive, immersive, and in-employment education through continuing education and training (CET) programmes that provide upskilling and reskilling opportunities to adult learners.

**What You Will Be Doing**:

- To identify and reach out to both local and regional potential clients and industry partners
- To develop proposals, negotiate contract terms/conditions with potential clients/industry partners and communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- To develop and maintain client and industry partner relationships
- To coordinate with admin teams to ensure smooth operations

**Job Requirements**:

- At least 5 years relevant research and/or working experience, preferably for institutes of higher learning, or similar teaching and learning environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical and writing skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects, and work within tight timelines
- A good team player, able to work independently and takes initiative
- Meticulous, organised and resourceful
