Overview:
**Responsibility**:

- Serves as team lead for an OU partnering with tiers of TCCC, cross-functional network, and the full social team to deliver charters, real-time opportunistic content, and social-first experiences.
- Network Integration - Manages overall Staffing & Resource, Performance Management (APAC)
- Ensures adoption of all training modules, toolkit development & adoptions and best practices sharing across network.
- Responsible for Quarterly Business Reviews
- Champion at offering consumer single-view (Digital) + Insights (content, media, social) for brands
- First point of contact for day-to-day client liaison. Part of all brand briefings. A go-getter and not afraid to questions the norms and suggest newer ways of doing.
- Deliver on establishing SLE as a ‘thought-leader’ in the OU
- Must liaise / report into Account lead within WPP team structure. (ensuring consistent brand & social direction)

**Responsibilities**:
**Qualifications**:

- Min. 15+ years of experience, with min 2 yrs in social setup/ digital/media agency.
- Min of 5 yrs experience in managing a large team
- Digitally fluent, with an understanding of the complex, fragmented media landscape and how to bring together cohesive programs and drive results for clients. Prefer to have regional experience in managing global brands.
- A true social media expert
- Food and beverage experience a plus
- Strong communication skills, particularly with oral presentations and stakeholder management (as this role will be the overall resource & performance mgmt lead for all OUs & senior mgmt)
