Regional Contract Manager

**About the role**
This role will manage the delivery of Bollore’s contractual commitments in terms of visibility, service levels and customer satisfaction for one of our key clients in the Aerospace sector.
**What you will be doing**
Drive contract management and performance reviews
- Analyse, study and fully acknowledge tender offer and contractual documentation are in line and followed as during the Implementation phase (Main Lead in contract, Process, SOP, Operating Guide, Communication Matrix, Escalation Channel, KPI, SLA set up.).
- Ensure top service levels and customer satisfaction
- Contribute to bi-weekly continuous improvement customer review
- Manage monthly internal operational customer review
- Manage monthly customer business review with various groups
- Manage customer's quarterly global business review with the support of the Regional Account Manager
Liaise with local teams and CBS
- Ensure customer has visibility of all regional flows
- Ensure accurate reporting and KPI are delivered in due time
- Setup and follow-up Design & Re-Engineering projects, if applicable
- Setup and follow-up Continuous Improvement Plans
Liaise with ILS and/or Global Account Team
- Ensure Data Quality in Reports & KPIs
- Fully align on projects/improvements and other global initiatives
Others
- Crises Management
- Project Lead/Implementation of new flows/projects
- Review and ensure centralised billing is under control
- Assist in finding new/alternative solutions
- Identify the potential risks (legal, commercial, financial, operational, etc.) and propose measures in order to protect Bolloré’s interests, while considering the Customer’s requirements.
- Identify the potential improvements & opportunities in order to secure costs and increase sales.
- Setup and follow-up on corresponding risks, improvement & opportunities projects.
- Ensure that the documentation is maintained and centralized, and that processes are known and applied within the organization.
- Report all commercial and operational issues to the Regional Account Manager, if applicable
**Requirements**:
**Essential**:
- Degree in Supply Chain, International Trade, Economics, International Affairs or equivalent.
- Proven track record (minimum 3 years) in a similar role including team leadership in an international customer service environment.
- At least 5 years’ experience in the Transport & Logistics sector (Air & Sea freight operations, 3PL, LLP).
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in English
- Good knowledge of Continuous improvement methods
- Excellent Skills in Various Reporting & Visualization Tools
**Desirable**:
- Good knowledge of Air and/or Sea transportation is a strong asset
- Experience within a Control Tower Structure is an asset
- Ability to speak another language is an asset
- Highly Technical, Process Driven and Systems-savvy
- Project management experience
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
