**Job Duties**:

- Provide support to assigned customers in handling sales quotations, RFI, RFQs and enquiries for air / ocean / warehousing / contract logistics
- Follow up on clients' outstanding payment, invoice verification and handle rate disputes
- Coordinate with customers, sales personnel, overseas offices and operations teams for shipment arrangement
- Support sales activities and supporting works to operate the sales department activities well.
- Perform other job duties as per requested

**Requirement**:

- **Strong operational background in air/ocean freight/3PL warehousing/Contract Logistics**
- **MIN 1 year working experience in sales support functions preferred
