**Responsibilities**:

- 1. Responsible for implementing relevant accounting policies and procedures, including cost accounting, capital expenditure, key performance indicators and benchmarking with the company's operational control.
- 2. Responsible for the financial needs of Singapore region, and prepare relevant financial statements within the region.
- 3. Responsible for leading regional tax planning and tax compliance work in Singapore. Liaise with external auditors and tax agents to ensure timely filing of tax reports for Singapore accounts. Engage in due diligence.
- 4. Responsible for responding to internal and external tax consultation and assisting business partners to provide timely tax advice.
- 5. Responsible for monitoring changes and updates to tax legislation and assessing the impact on business.
- 6. Responsible for overseas finance, operation and cost analysis: researched and established management system rule forms such as income and expenditure balance index accounting, control, statistics and evaluation system, followed up the achievement of various indicators, provided various reports, data and analysis support to the management to promote the achievement of the group's business objectives;
- 7. Responsible for financial internal control and risk: establish and improve the internal control management system, ensure the safety of income and expenditure and operating cash flow, monitor the operation and risk of the internal control system of overseas subsidiaries, audit and supervise each subsidiary company;
- 8. Responsible for assisting the company's overseas project team to complete related financial work.

**Requirements**:

- 1. Bachelor degree in accounting or equivalent;
- 2. Professionally qualified and/or registered tax consultant/practitioner (income tax) preferred;
- 3. At least 5 years tax related working experience, management experience/team building experience is preferred;
- 4. Relevant tax experience in multinational companies, accounting firms or well-known law firms;
- 5. Good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills;
- 6. Strong project management ability and experience, able to effectively promote the project process.

**Salary**: $5,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
