Job Responsibilities：
- Responsible for customer on-site or off-site training, including products demonstration, installation and implementation, after-sales problem handling, LIDAR, Chassis, Robot use and other related functions of operations and training
- Understand the functionalities of the Company’s Robot technology and to assist customers to solve problems in the deployment and operation of the AMR
- Carry out Robotics Microcontroller Unit (MCU) firmware configuration, hardware debugging test and troubleshooting
- Monitor and track the use of the product(s) to improve customer product utilisation in order to achieve targeted efficiencies
- Research the warehouse automation needs of customers in e-commerce, new retail, pharmaceuticals, footwear, apparel, and beauty industries, and propose viable solutions to clients
- Analyse and summarise solution(s) for different customers to develop industry-specific solutions for their relevant sectors
- Collaborate with Go2Market colleagues in the marketing department to promote industry-specific solution branding
- Responsible for writing relevant technical proposals/business plans, including configuration schemes, implementation schemes, fault & troubleshooting reports, etc

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor degree or above, background in computer science and technology/software engineering or related technical fields
- Familiar with C/C++ language and program development under real-time operating system
- Possess a minimum of 2 years experiences in warehouse logistics solutions, warehouse automation or related work in mobile robot navigation and mobile robot motion planning projects will be preferred
- Familiarity with the logistics and warehouse industry, e-commerce, and new retail sectors will be an added advantage
- Good at communication, optimistic and confident, keen interests in robotics and have strong learning ability and adaptability
- Strong logical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify and solve problems independently and objectively
- Possess the “Can-Do-It” attitude
- Proficiency in Mandarin is essential as you need to liaise with China HQ team in the course of your work
- Ability to read and understand technical documents / information that may be in Chinese

Salary Range and Level:

- Between SGD 6,000 to 8,000 per month
- Full-time, permanent basisSenior Engineer / Manager Level
