About the Role

The Content Analyst supports our marketing team to produce high-impact stories to engage regional business leaders from the Asia-Pacific region.

Your research and insights will help NewCampus craft and amplify content about emerging leaders in engineering, product, marketing, CX, sales and more. Our stories span high-growth sectors in Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia and more, from fintech to agri-tech to B2B platforms.

**Responsibilities**:
**Content production**- Research and develop outreach lists for relevant sectors (Google Sheets) and update our CRM (Hubspot) with new content and partnership opportunities
- Ensure our content pipeline flows smoothly by identifying and removing blockers to content inputs (video interviews & transcripts, photos, follow-ups)
- Keep our internal knowledge base up-to-date and relevant by tagging strategic keywords / recurring themes across our content database
- **Content amplification**
- Amplify our content by creating social media campaigns, fortnightly newsletters and cross-promotion opportunities with partner brands-
- Weekly performance reporting on content amplification across all channels
- About You

**Must-haves**:

- You have 2-3 years of experience in a digital marketing role and have a strong analytical background- You're creative, organized, detail-oriented and love building & improving on processes
- You're a strong communicator / listener and can connect with people from different cultures and backgrounds
- You are tech-savvy and are able to navigate inbound marketing tools like Hubspot, Google Analytics and SEM Rush.
- You're passionate about working with startups in the Asia-Pacific region

**Nice to haves**:

- Familiarity with Agile marketing methodology
- Experience working in EduTech or Asian tech startup in Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand or Malaysia
- Copywriting and/ or UI-UX experience
- At least 1-year experience (school/work/personal) of creating/editing videos is a plus- Deep understanding of South-East Asian art/ cultural references- Do you want to join our team as our new Content Coordinator? Then we'd love to hear about you
