**Requirements**:

- **Min 3 years of UI/UX design experience, familiar with design guidelines and processes.**:

- **Proficient in crafting UX artifacts (i.e., user journeys, wireframes, prototypes) using a variety of UX and design tools (i.e., Figma, Sketch, Invision, Proto.io, Adobe).**:

- Proficient in undertaking user research, user interviews, concept and usability testing.
- Comfortable engaging with senior client stakeholders, strategists, product and technology team to workshop and define future digital experiences.
- Effectively communicate thought processes and ideas to inspire and lead other squad members to turn these ideas into engaging, intuitive and usable experiences as part of a digital product or service.
- Ability to communicate your designs and key breakthrough deliverables to peers and business partners.
- Ability to think creatively while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Able to work independently (unsupervised) and as an active member of a team.
- Experienced in both creative agency and client-side environment preferred.
- Good logical thinking, analyzing and problem-solving skills.
