Maintain the EMS, CTDS & SDEWS and other IT & OT systems in PSOD, including M&E facilities to support the needs of the Division.

Monitoring, detecting, reporting on any abnormalities (both on cybersecurity threats and system issues) and report on other information security issues.

Assisting in Incident Response (IR) reporting & support when analysis confirms actionable incident.

Perform regular checks on the Sectorial Detection & Early Warning System (SDEWS) so that any potential or existing faults are promptly remedied or escalated to prevent disruption to real-time operations. Ensuring high system availability and data of high quality.

Perform Database Management for Energy Management System, tasks include drawing of Single-Line-Diagram, building operational databases, point to point testing etc.

Perform 1st level technical support for Energy Management System including fault/failure engineering analysis and co-ordinate with vendor/licensees on maintenance/repair of faulty equipment or software issues.

Supervise contractors performing maintenance or repair works such as UPS, M&E system, fire protection system, physical security access system, air-cons etc.

Backgorund in Electrical, EEE, Computering Engineering.

Prior experience in Power Engineering will be an advantage.

Knowledge in the electricity or natural gas industry dealing with day-to-day on-site support and maintenance of SCADA systems. He/ she should also have knowledge in computer systems and basic power system engineering. Fresh graduate will also be considered.

Technical background with knowledge in computer programming, technical hardware architecture, Linux/Unix/Windows Operating System.

Familiar with basic networking commands and understanding of basic networking protocol and security concepts.

Good understanding of information security practices related to ISO 27001, Risk Assessment, Application and Network Security.

Good understanding of Control Centers Operations, electricity substation/gas facility environments and devices would be added advantage.

He/ she should be results oriented and proactive with strong technical skills.
