**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Liaise with MWS Corporate Service (MWS CS) on the disbursements and regular auditing of all forms of cash funds in a timely manner.
- Oversee the overall collation and submission of required documents and information to MWS Family Development Programme (FDP)
- Manage the FSC Comcare Fund and ensure compliance to MSF’s Operating Manual
- Oversee the compliance and adherence of various funding administration & requirements.
- Administration, purchase and maintain inventory of office equipment and furniture
- Oversee the maintenance/repairs of equipment and furniture and to work with contractors and vendors closely
- Oversee the overall office security and maintenance of counselling rooms’ alert alarm system and counselling video recording system.
- Assist with the supervision duties of Assistant-Admin, and Office Cleaner
- Provide relevant orientation to new employees on the administrative processes and maintain employee records
- Work closely with supervisor to document and review various administrative SOPs to enhance the administrative operation of the Centre.
- Maintain and update all communication documentations pertaining to FSC’s Core services
- Undertake any other duties assigned by the Director or Supervisor.
**Qualifications**
- GCE O Level with 5 years of experience
- Certificate in Management and Finance (or similar)
- Physically fit
- Good organizational skills
- Possess high level of initiative
- Good team player
- Possess cultural understanding and social sensitivity
- Engage in self-care and active learning
- Possess positive attitude
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient and competent in MS Office
- MON TO FRI : 9:00 AM TO 6:00 PM (onsite)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $4,500.00 per month
