**Job Description: Leasing Manager**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage & source new locations for business continuous expansion.
- Manage current tenancy agreements & negotiate lease extensions with better terms with Owners' Management.
- Process and follow up on all lease documents to ensure its completion
- Update leasing reports & schedules
- Prepare and/or update reports periodically for submission to the Management
- Attend to tenancy-related matters
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with landlords and property agents etc
- Any other duties assigned

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma holder
- Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in leasing
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Words
- Good marketing and negotiation skills
- Independent and pleasant personality with positive attitude.
- Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills in solving issues.
