Job Title: Production Planner
Location: Tuas
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Working Hours: 7.45 AM-4.45 PM

**Salary**: up to $ 3300（Depend on experience)

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Executive Supervisor to meet Division sales and delivery plan to ensure delivery schedule is carried out.
- Responsible for production schedule and delivery.
- To manage abnormalities that occurs which may affect customer delivery schedule.
- Control daily operation (incoming, outgoing, packing, documents and delivery.)
- Communicate with related Person-In Charge on production capacity, demand & delivery schedule.
- Monitoring of WIPs progress to ensure production team adhere to the committed schedule.
- Monitor TAT, On time delivery, customer satisfaction.
- Arrange resources for daily operation (manpower, overtime, equipment’s etc..)
- Work with the Executive Supervisor to ensure safety of the workers and working areas.
- To manage monthly month end closing & yearly stock check.
- Other ad hoc assignments.

**Requirements**:

- GCE O/A Level or Diploma holder.
- Preferably experience in warehouse and logistics environment.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, SAP.
- Sense of urgency, work passion, eye for details, strong team player, meticulous.
- Process leadership quality.
