- Job Description
Board Administration / Personal Assistant to Executive Director
Arrange and coordinate board meetings, Annual General Meetings (AGM) & Extra-ordinary General Meetings (EGM)
-Record and circulate minutes upon approval
-Keep up to date contact details of board members
-Ensure all relevant law and regulation are complied. Eg. Charity Portal and Registry of Societies
-Submission of financial reports and update of board members via Charity Portal and Registry of Societies
-Manage and ensure smooth operations for Board Meetings, Audit and Annual General Meetings, including scheduling of meetings, preparing of Agenda, consolidation of papers and slides for management/board meeting
-Work with Executive Director and ensure that all departments are adhered and aligned to the policies set
-Perform any other corporate, legal or ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Executive Director
- Job Requirements
A degree with min. 5 years of relevant experience in Corporate Secretariat roles
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written) in order to communicate and relate effectively
-Sensitive to clients’ needs
-Strong attention to detail and has the ability to work efficiently, accurately, as well as to follow up on pending items in a timely manner
-Able to work independently, meet deadlines and multitask in a fast-paced environment
-Be suggestive, creating new and better ways for the progress of the company
- Salary Range
$3,500 - $3,800
