**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Overall, responsible for the Crewing and Vessel Operations.
- Supervise vessel in accordance with international regulations, local regulation/standard.
- Perform cost analysis, estimating expected costs for the vessel operation.
- Conduct risk assessment; provides recommendations for mitigations of risk.
- Handle questions, concerns, and complaints throughout the vessel management.

**Requirements**:

- Degree and above
- At least 5 years of handling dredging and coastal engineering projects and ship management experience.
- Strong in development of statements of qualifications and proposals.

**Salary: $4,000 to $8,000**
