**Overall Job Responsibility**:

- You will be part of the team responsible for delivering Outreach and Public Education initiatives to promote disability awareness and inclusion in our society. You will partner/work with funders, employers, educators, social service agencies, essential service providers and strategic partners to identify ways to collaborate and enhance disability awareness and inclusion in schools, at work and in the community. You will have the opportunity to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with motivated people who are passionate about disability inclusion. This position will report directly to Head of Outreach and Partnerships.**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Lead public education initiatives and projects on disability and inclusion
- Drive disability awareness campaigns and activities, development of educational resources (including design and production of collaterals) within stipulated timelines with support from creative agencies
- Manage strategic collaborations with key stakeholders (e.g. social service agencies, social enterprises, media partners) to embark on initiatives that promote disability awareness among the general public and in targeted settings
- Manage filming and media partnership projects that amplify disability inclusion messages
- Support the development and implementation of impact evaluation framework for various Public Education efforts and initiatives to measure the corresponding outcomes and impact
- Manage budgets and generate reports for periodical updates to funders
- Any other duties as assigned

**Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience**:

- Diploma/Degree in relevant disciplines with preference in Marketing Communications/ Marketing/ Advertising
- 8-10 years’ experience in working with creative, design and/or advertising agencies, particularly in delivering publicity campaigns on community events and programmes
- Strong communication and presentation skills with a strong command of spoken and written English
- Possesses excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to navigate and manage differing demands and expectations
- Self-driven and strong team player with a can-do spirit
- Strong project management skills - organised, able to multi-task, resourceful and work within tight deadlines
- Knowledge of impact measurement and/or programme evaluation and/or experience working with partners in the social sector will be advantageous
