**Summary**:
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will play a crucial role in shaping the financial and strategic direction of the company. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial, accounting, and corporate secretarial functions, ensuring the company's financial health and compliance with SGX-ST regulations and other legal requirements. This position requires a visionary leader with a strong background in financial management within the SGX-listed environment, capable of driving financial performance and supporting strategic business goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Strategy and Planning**:Develop and implement financial strategies and business plans that align with the company's objectives, ensuring compliance with SGX regulations and meeting shareholder expectations.
- **Financial Reporting and Compliance**:Oversee the preparation of financial statements, annual reports, and disclosures, ensuring accuracy and compliance with SGX listing rules and Singaporean financial regulations.
- **Investor Relations**:Serve as the primary point of contact for investor relations, building strong relationships with shareholders, analysts, and the investment community, and effectively communicating the company's financial performance and strategies.
- **Risk Management**:Identify, assess, and manage financial risks in accordance with SGX regulations, implementing robust internal controls to protect the company's assets and financial integrity.
- **Tax and Regulatory Compliance**:Ensure adherence to Singaporean tax laws and regulatory changes, adapting the company's financial strategy and reporting as needed.
- **Treasury Management**:Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to optimize treasury functions within SGX's financial and liquidity requirements.
- **Mergers and Acquisitions**:Lead financial analysis and due diligence for potential M&A activities and strategic investments, complying with SGX's acquisition and disposal rules.
- **Team Leadership**:Build and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering professional development and ethical conduct.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field; Master's degree or professional certification (CPA/CFA) preferred.
- Extensive leadership experience in finance and accounting within SGX-listed companies, demonstrating a successful track record in managing company finances.
- Deep understanding of Singaporean financial regulations, SGX listing rules, and corporate governance standards.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to think strategically and provide valuable financial insights for decision-making. High ethical standards and a commitment to corporate governance.

Additional Information:
**Salary**: $20,000 + Variable Bonus (VB) Working Days: Monday to Friday
