**JOB OVERVIEW
1. Data analyst responsibilities include conducting full lifecycle analysis to include requirements, activities, and design. Data analysts will develop analysis and reporting capabilities. They will also monitor performance and quality control plans to identify improvements.

2. They may collect, clean, and analyze data such as a company's revenue, sales, market intelligence, or consumer engagement indicators. Data analysts may also be required to create tools and data models to aid in the visualization or monitoring of data.

3. The data analysis executive is responsible and accountable for data visualization/Data insights across the F&B Business to informed decision or assist other HOD and Top management in making sound decisions

4. A Data Analyst’s responsibilities include the deep analysis of data and then determining the best way to represent it visually to managers and stakeholders. They also ensure quality assurance and process documentation and define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Another important duty of a data analyst is to assess and determine the success of specific initiatives.

**Essential:
- Diploma / Degree in Data Analysis / Database Management / Information Management /Finance/ Economics / Mathematics & Statistics
- Proficient in Excel for doing data linkage, data analysis & data massage
- Intermediate knowledge in Database; MY SQL, SQL, Oracle
- Basic knowledge in programming languages ; C++, C#, PHP, JAVA & Python
- Basic knowledge in database design, query & data mining in different platform
- Experience in Oracle NetSuite ERP systems & Infrasys POS system is a plus
- Good analytical and technical skills in building batch/streaming data pipelines for big data
- Adept at queries, writing reports, and ability explain large amount of information in a simple, organized manner
- Proven 1-2 year working experience in data analyses and Building BI Dashboards on BI Tools will be advantage

**Desirable:
- Proficient in Mandarin and English (Both written and verbal)
- Problem-solving skills and critical thinking
- Must be dynamic, creative, be curious and results oriented.
- Willing to take initiatives and team working skills
- Self-discipline, object oriented

**Essential Job Functions:
- Interpreting data, analysing results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
- Developing and implementing data analyses, data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
- Acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources
- Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
- Filter and “clean” data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems
- Work with management to prioritize F&B business and information needs
- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
- Collect and manage large amounts of F&B data from various sources, internal and external
- Transfer and cleanse data into new format to make appropriate for analysis
- Stitch related data together, correlating similar data, identifying patterns and irregular trends, and identifying dependencies that will lead to meaningful results
- Perform analytics, data visualizations and develop presentations for business reviews to managers and executives
- Manage and protect data following company guidelines
